The Process

Through a simple process we take what starts as an idea and vision and turn it into the most marvellous space for you and others to enjoy.

Initial Consultation

Our initial consultation consists of an evaluation of the all the work that is to be completed, contract terms and a complete walkthrough of the process from design to project completion.

Design and Permits

We will design your space and walk you through what the space will look like visually. We then submit the drawings to the building department in your specific area to receive permits.

Construction

The construction phase is one of the most exciting phases because you will see your vision being executed and materialized by highly skilled tradespeople who love and are passionate about everything they do.

Project Completion

Here comes the finish line! The completion of the project will be a great joy and source of celebration in which we come together and look at what has been created together.

Our Team

Mahmoud Mohamed

Mahmoud is the CEO of Fine Design Build. Mahmoud has a great passion for building since his teen years. He has been working professionally in the construction industry for over 15 years. He started in the local 675 and IUPAT Unions and received formal training before going freelance. Mahmoud specializes in high end custom builds and renovations for clients who desire to create unique, luxurious, simple, practical, beautiful and lasting spaces. Mahmoud uses eco-friendly, sustainable and highly effective materials and practices to create healthy spaces while reducing the effects of climate change on the earth. His intention is to make the construction process as easy, transparent, enjoyable and stress free as possible!

Zalika ramsay

Zalika is the Head of Interior Design at Fine Design Build. Zalika's passion for interior design developed in her early childhood. Gifted at creating beautiful interiors that transform daily life. Her mission is to assist both residential and commercial clients in creating timeless spaces. Through various styles and design principles she can balance colours, textures, and lighting to create spaces that reflect her client’s personalities and their design needs. From start to finish she leads her client's through every phase of the design process with great care, competence, transparency and attention to detail.
